BMA Colorado encourages local college students to become student members. With membership, you join an elite group of B2B marketing professionals. Student members receive a free copy of the BMA Professional Membership Directory. This valuable resource lists every member of the BMA. Networking doesn’t have to be limited to meetings with this book! Ever wonder who the ad agencies are in town? This book has it all.

BMA offers students additionally discounted or free books and white papers. BMA’s speakers are often published authors. Receive a free copy of the speaker’s books in addition to huge savings on other industry resources when you’re a student member. (Offer available when books are available to professional members.)

An award winning resource that links career seekers with the hottest jobs in Colorado. Internships are posted on CareerLink before released to area students-members have the first opportunity to contact interested companies. Post your resume or look for positions, it’s all available online.

- The Survival Warrior: A Concise Guide to Finding a Job, by Pat Blakey and Kent Redding — This book, published in 1999, still applies to finding a job today. BMA Colorado will provide each new student member with a free copy while supplies last.
Membership Requirements
If you are serious about a career in the business-to-business marketing or advertising field, join the BMA Colorado Student Chapter. Individuals who are currently enrolled in a university, junior college, or accredited trade school and carrying at least 15 hours as an undergraduate and at least 12 hours as a graduate are eligible. Students must provide copy of class schedule verifying full time student status.
Student membership is for the Colorado Chapter only and does not qualify for BMA International membership.
Membership Dues
Membership is structured to accommodate college semesters; you can purchase membership by semester or save by purchasing the entire year.
- September 2008 – December 2008 dues: $15
- January 2009 – May 2009 dues: $15
- September 2008 – May 2009 dues: $25
