Will be responsible for executing the firm’s overall marketing communication strategies by working with product marketing, corporate marketing and creative teams to develop and execute communication programs. Primary responsibilities to include crafting the language and developing concepts to communicate key messages.Will provide oversight to the timely execution and delivery of content in various marketing vehicles, to include marketing literature, external and internal communications, presentations and websites.
In addition, will be responsible for the management of direct reports.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
· Leads team to imagine, create, develop and implement marketing communication materials, to include advertising, collateral, website content, newsletters and powerpoint presentations for internal and external audiences, in support of the core messaging and value proposition.
· Develops original copy that exhibits a superior sense of composition and logical flow of ideas, and an understanding of brand and industry. Copy should effectively use themes, headlines, captions and content to deliver a coherent message while continuously reflecting and building the Company brand.
· Develops externally facing communication materials in support of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Works in partnership with the marketing leadership team to execute on all marketing programs, to include those designed specifically for lead generation, in support of marketing and sales objectives.
· Provides oversight and content creation for internal and external newsletters.
· Provides development of / oversight to all content on corporate websites.
· Works in partnership with corporate marketing and product marketing leadership and creative team to develop consistent messages and themes in communications and advertisements.
· Develops and delivers communications and messaging in support of events, business development and other marketing initiatives.
· Supports the creative execution of product launches.
· Provides consistent management of corporate style guide and implementation in all materials and communications.
· Works with marketing partners, designers, cross-functional colleagues, and others to determine creative execution.
· Performs and supports scripting and production of corporate videos.
· Remains continuously up-to-date with trends in branding, marketing, advertising and related communications industries.
· Maintains high quality standards, while meeting required deadlines.
Required Skills:
· Strong background in supervision of creative development and design.
· Excellent copywriting skills, with editing and proofreading skills.
· Must be able to own projects and deadlines, work with minimal direction, and adapt quickly and efficiently to change.
· Must be able to multi-task, function effectively under production deadlines and time constraints and be able to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating an energetic 'can do' attitude
· Ability to interact productively during brainstorming and kick-off meetings, work independently and communicate information among team members.
· Ability to think in abstract terms, formulate innovative ideas, and contribute in brainstorming sessions.
· Ability to provide creative direction based on objectives and executes creative work effectively.
· Balance workload of team members appropriately based on skill sets and talents.

· Proficient in MS Office Suite ,with strong Powerpoint skills.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Creative Writing, Journalism, or related field.
· 10+ years of related work experience, agency experience with strong copywriting background is a plus.
· Minimum 5 years team management experience, to include proven ability to identify talent.
· Must provide portfolio and samples of previous work, including copywriting.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Healthcare or Supply Chain industry experience.
· Marketing Software as a Service experience.
